Do Better, Skimbleshanks
After the incident last year, we just had to switch train companies. But it got even worse on Lloyd Webber trains. The main reason is this nuisance Skimbleshanks the railway cat. Apparently the cat powers the train (hello, conductor?) and has to push it off at staff time. But he was three minutes late! He said he was up to something in the luggage care but when we were settling down I didn’t hear anything. But if he was doing something it was probably stuffing the luggage around because when we exited the train, our luggage took 5 minutes to find! But that wasn’t even the worst part! I was reading a novel and lost my place when I heard a big noise from the sleeping car behind me. I went to investigate, and it turns out Skimbleshanks had taken a nap and started snoring as loud as can be. It sounded like one thousand vuvuzelas playing during a car crash. Seriously! And then the cat-run car pool (again Skimbleshanks) took at least 5 minutes too long. Your train company’s awful service made me and my family twenty seven minutes late to the opera. I hope you see why I have given you one star. Do better, Lloyd Webber.
