Private Event Rentals

Located on 2.5 acres in the West End neighborhood of Atlanta, The Wren’s Nest has hosted memorable events since 1913.

About the House

The Wren’s Nest is a fully restored Queen Anne Eastlake style historic home. Originally built in 1870, the house was expanded and renovated over the next three decades and is still furnished with original artifacts from that time period. Both its interior and exterior reflect its evolution from farm house to city home. It has functioned as a house museum for more than 110 years. We are pleased to offer our property for rental for events and gatherings. A limited number of chairs, folding tables, and catering tables are available for inclusion in rental packages.

House Rentals:

To protect the museum’s restored rooms and collections, the house is available for a limited number of small, special-purpose interior rentals, including neighborhood events, book clubs, book signings, photo shoots, film productions, or other events that further our mission.

Interior spaces available for rentals include a gallery/classroom space, the vestibule, the main hallway, and the East Parlor. Our covered wraparound front porch is available for events such as showers, parties, and receptions for up to 75 guests.

Outdoor Rentals:

Our expansive yard with natural landscaping has plenty of space for special outdoor events, whether it’s a backyard wedding or a lively concert.

The gently sloping front yard, featuring beautiful Georgia oaks and magnolias, can accommodate 100 guests.

The backyard reading garden can accommodate 50 guests.

The natural grass amphitheater is accompanied by a rustic stage (circa 1929) and can accommodate large events, including weddings and concerts, of up to 800 guests.
