Once upon a time The Wren’s Nest had visitors from The Squirrel Census based out of New York City who took a census of the squirrels at our humble little house museum. They then combined their data with quotes and illustrations of Brer Squirrel to create this unique, sweet, one of a kind poster.
The poster is printed on French Grout Grey paper and is a keepsake that just like the Brer Rabbit stories, is timeless and eternally full of joy and whimsy. The folks at Squirrel Census like to say their work serves as a liaison between believe and make-believe, and we over at The Wren’s Nest couldn’t agree more.
