Across The Crystal River: Akbar Imhotep and the Craft of Remembrance is a portable exhibit centered on the life and work of storyteller, puppeteer, and puppet maker Akbar Imhotep.

Homeschool families are invited to experience our historic home beautifully decorated for the holidays along with special programming.

Join us on as we gather to honor Akbar Imhotep on Nov. 23rd by dedicating a tree in his memory and celebrating his legacy with a special ceremony.

Together with Atlanta Historic Dance we are hosting a Gilded Age dance party complete with games and refreshments and YOU'RE invited!

Another fun morning event for children ages 0-5 years-old will be held at the Nest on Sept 20th, this one is presented by our neighbors Portrait Coffee.

We are hosting an age appropriate Halloween event for children ages 0-5 years-old complete with pumpkin "decorating", festive snacks and fall portrait photo ops with a professional photographer.
